As you guys know that the switch has been updated which is 10.0.3 firmware. This update was released on 26 May and this update provides "General system stability improvement to enhance the user's experience".
However, This update doesnt patched previous atmosphere cfw version which mean previous atmosphere 0.12.0 can be used on this latest switch firmware update. This was confirmed by the author and developer behind the atmosphere cfw itself, SciresM on his tweeter yesterday.
